Salt Hill would like to extend its congratulations to Charles Harper Webb.  His poem “Her Last Conflagration”—which was featured in Salt Hill 20—was chosen for The Best American Poetry 2009.

 And congratulations to two other Salt Hill 23 contributors: Helen Phillips and Vievee Francis both received 2009 Rona Jaffe Foundation Writers' Awards.
